Terms of Service

AI Video Generator lets you create short AI-generated video clips from a text prompt (text-to-video) or an uploaded image (image-to-video), and to share those creations through an in-app community feed. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right to enter into these Terms.

"User Content" means the prompts, images you upload, and videos you generate or post. You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content to the public community feed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or exploits minors;
• depicts real people without their consent, or is deceptive;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contains hate speech, violence, or promotes self-harm; or
• violates any applicable law or regulation.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

We provide tools to report and block objectionable content and other users from within the service. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may also remove content or restrict access at our discretion to keep the community safe.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Widget Games and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widget Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
